Bitter melon powder

Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, 30 minutes before meals in the morning and evening.

Contraindications:
1. Do not use if allergic to this product or any of its ingredients.
2. Do not use in children as it may cause a severe drop in blood sugar levels, leading to seizures.
Children: strictly prohibited; may cause a rapid and dangerous drop in blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Pregnancy and breastfeeding: should not be used. Individuals taking insulin or oral antidiabetic medication must consult a physician before use (risk of hypoglycemia). Patients with liver or kidney disorders, G6PD deficiency, or suspected dengue fever should avoid this product or consult a medical specialist. Possible side effects: nausea, bloating, heartburn, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, and hypoglycemia (trembling, cold sweats, weakness, palpitations).
