1. Who we are

This website is operated by Icebrook Co., Ltd., trading as Thai Herb House, registered in Thailand, company registration no. 0205552005579, registered office 99/47 Moo 13, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand, e-mail info@thaiherbhouse.com ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. They apply together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Withdrawal Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Ordering and contract

The products shown on our website are an invitation to order. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund any payment, if a product is out of stock, if there was an obvious pricing or product information error, if the product cannot be lawfully shipped to your country, or if we suspect fraud. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro (EUR). The total price, including any applicable VAT and shipping costs, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

4. Discounts, promotions and discount codes

  • Automatic offers: we may offer discounts that depend on the value or quantity of your cart (for example volume discounts) and free shipping above a minimum order value. The conditions (thresholds, percentages, products or brands concerned) are shown in the store and in your cart. The offer valid when you place your order applies.
  • Discount codes: a code is entered at checkout. Unless the code says otherwise, each code can be used once per customer, only for the products and the minimum order value it states, until its expiry date or until a usage limit is reached, and it cannot be exchanged for cash. Codes are personal to the person they were given to, unless stated otherwise, and may not be sold or published.
  • Welcome code: new customers who register an account or subscribe to our newsletter may receive a one-time welcome code for their first order.
  • Partner codes: codes given to our business partners are meant for the partners' own customers and are subject to the conditions stated with the code.
  • Combining offers: whether a code can be combined with other offers is shown with the code or at checkout. If offers cannot be combined, the one that is more favourable to you applies.
  • Returns: if you return goods, we refund the price you actually paid after discounts. If you withdraw from only part of an order and the goods you keep no longer reach the minimum value or quantity of a discount or free shipping that applied to the original order, we may recalculate the discount and the delivery costs for the goods you keep, as far as the law allows.
  • Misuse: we may cancel orders or withdraw discounts if codes are misused (for example by opening several accounts to receive the welcome code more than once, reselling codes or technical manipulation).
  • We may change or end offers at any time. This does not affect orders we have already confirmed.

5. Customer accounts

You can order as a guest or create a customer account. Please give accurate data, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One person may have one account. We may suspend or close an account in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@thaiherbhouse.com. Order data is kept as required by law (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Delivery

All orders are shipped from Thailand. Delivery, delivery times, import VAT, customs duties and customs clearance are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have named.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Your right of withdrawal and the rules for returns and refunds are described in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

8. Product information and health notice

Our range includes cosmetics, food supplements, herbal teas and traditional herbal products. Information on this website is for general information about the products and their traditional use in Thailand. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The information on the product packaging always applies.

  • Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition or are under 18, ask a doctor or pharmacist before using herbal products or supplements.
  • Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you notice an adverse reaction. For cosmetics, test on a small area of skin first.
  • Keep all products out of the reach of children.

9. Availability by country

Some products are not available in all countries because of local rules. As the goods are shipped to you from Thailand, you act as the importer. It is your responsibility to make sure that the products you order may be lawfully imported and used in your country, and to pay any import charges.

10. Defective goods

We are responsible for defects in the goods as required by the law that applies to you. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee for defective goods in the EU.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to this, and where the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for the products concerned.

12. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, photos, logo, design) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Abhaibhubejhr and other brand names belong to their respective owners.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, carrier or customs delays, war or government measures. We will inform you and, where an order cannot be fulfilled, refund you.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any contract with us are governed by the laws of Thailand. This does not take away the protection that mandatory consumer law of the country where you live gives you, and nothing in

this clause affects your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the law gives you this right. If you have a complaint, please write to info@thaiherbhouse.com first, we will do our best to solve it quickly.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version valid on the day you place your order applies to that order.
