Frequently asked questions

Every order is shipped from Thailand by tracked Thailand Post. We ship to most countries worldwide. Some products cannot be shipped to some countries because of local rules for cosmetics, food supplements or herbal products; if an item in your order cannot be delivered to your country, we contact you and refund that item.

We process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Thai public holidays). After dispatch, delivery takes an estimated 10-25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance. You receive an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel and are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders from €199 to Europe (the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway) and from €160 to all other countries, calculated on the value of the goods after discounts. Free shipping also applies when an order discount or a code is used. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Your parcel is imported into your country from Thailand. Unless taxes are shown and charged at checkout, our prices do not include import VAT, customs duties or the carrier's customs clearance fee. These charges are set by your country and the carrier, are paid by you on or before delivery, and are not refundable by us, so please check the rules of your country before ordering.

Yes. Orders from €100 get 5 % off, orders from €200 get 10 % off and orders from €400 get 15 % off. The discount is applied automatically in your cart, with no code needed. Order discounts do not stack: the best one for your order applies.

Create a customer account, then enter WELCOME10 at checkout on your first order for 10 % off. The code works once per registered customer. It does not combine with the automatic order discounts; if both apply, the more favourable one for you is used.

Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Write to info@thaiherbhouse.com with your name, order number and the items concerned before you send anything back; we reply with the return address and instructions. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Everything is explained in our Refund & withdrawal policy, including a model withdrawal form.

Because of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products, for example cosmetics, oral care products, food supplements and herbal teas, once their seal or packaging has been opened after delivery. Products must come back unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Write to info@thaiherbhouse.com within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date, with your order number and, for damage or a wrong item, photos of the parcel and the products. We work with the carrier and send you a replacement or a refund, and for damaged, defective or wrong items we pay the return shipping.

Every product page shows the product's Thai FDA registration number, the number it is registered under with the Food and Drug Administration of Thailand.

Each product page lists the ingredients, how to use the product and its size, plus any warnings from the label. Where it applies, a Traditional use tab describes how the herb is traditionally used in Thailand. This is general information about traditional use, not medical advice: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition, ask a doctor or pharmacist before using herbal products, as set out in our Terms of service.
